The first half of our Christmas vacation is winding down. We've been at Amy's parents' house in Arizona for the past week. 11 of us all together under one roof is a rare occurrence, so it's been fun (and a little crazy). Unfortunately, Asher and Serena have both had a pretty yucky cold the whole time, but I'm hopeful they're getting over it as we head to Texas for a week.
Among other things, we had a surprisingly painless family photo shoot:
Joshua, Amy, Asher and Serena Sutherlun; John and Jackie Poling (Amy's parents); Paul and Veronica Jordan Poling (Amy's brother); Elisa (+Corbin), Stephen and Ava Hood (Amy's sister)
Serena's staring at her grandpa becasue he was saying "epiphany" instead of "cheese." Kids recognize weird early on.
